Team USA Cruises Past South Sudan in Quarterfinals

The United States has medaled in 19 Olympics since 1936, winning 16 gold medals, one silver medal, and two bronze medals.

Team USA, the recognized governing body for basketball in the US by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, shot 53% from the field and defeated South Sudan 103-86 in the quarterfinals of the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Spike Lee was in attendance at Team USA's game against Serbia and will be back in the Pierre Mauroy Stadium for tonight's game.
